We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations and Integration Specialist (IT-Focused) to join our team.
General Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in operations and system integrations
- Experience in designing and managing integration architectures across multiple systems
- Advanced knowledge of APIs, data flows, integration architectures, and service-based structures
- Advanced SQL querying and data analysis skills
- Ability to act as a strategic bridge between technical and operational teams
- Experience in process design, improvement, and automation
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to establish documentation standards and ensure sustainability
- Design and manage end-to-end integration processes between operations and IT systems
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve integration architecture
- Lead critical integration issues and drive solutions
- Translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Manage coordination between IT/software teams, external vendors, and business units
- Provide technical and operational leadership in new system and integration projects
- Manage go-live and post-launch stabilization processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Measure process performance, prepare reports, and present them to senior management
