We are looking for talented Key Account Specialist to work for our award-winning client in the Fintech and Payment Industry.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.
- Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process hurdles
- Reach out to customer leads through different channels
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
- Expedite the resolution of businesses problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest to the customer and to company.
- Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in Finance,Fintech and Payment industries is highly desirable
- Complete knowledge of the trends and developments in the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
