We are looking for talented Key Account Specialist to work for our award-winning client in the Fintech and Payment Industry.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.
Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process hurdles
Reach out to customer leads through different channels
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
Expedite the resolution of businesses problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest to the customer and to company.
Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
Represent the company at international exhibitions
Requirements
Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience in Finance,Fintech and Payment industries is highly desirable
Complete knowledge of the trends and developments in the Sales industry
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
