We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Acquiring to strengthen the sales team. This role will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, managing sales pipelines, and expanding the acquiring business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new merchant acquisition for acquiring and payment solutions
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients and business partners
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with revenue targets
  • Understand client needs and present tailored acquiring solutions
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract processes
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, acquiring, or financial services
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of merchant acquiring, POS solutions, or payment infrastructures
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
