We are now looking for a highly motivated \βLegal Assistant\β to join one of the leading companies in the Financial Services industry.
Job Duties
Report directly into Company Director/General Manager
Carry out office administration, including writing letters
Organise diaries, schedule meetings and respond to telephone queries
Write up first drafts and proof read documents/contracts
Analyse and input data when neededOrganise case files, transcribe legal opinion and compile legal agreements
Network with clients and build valuable relationships
Write legal reports and conduct legal research
Review commercial credit agreements
Good understanding of FCA Reporting
Knowledge of the Banking Sector & Regulations (desirable)
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years legal experience
Ability to manage high workload
Good attention to detail and to be able to carefully analyse files and data
Legal research skills and the desire to develop understanding of law
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Office Administration Skills
Good Teamwork Skills
Flexibility and adaptability in attitude and approach to work
