CentroMed is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to assess and document patient status, provide teaching and support, and collaborate with a care team. The LVN will work across Centro Del Barrio sites to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse populations.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LVN program, Texas LVN license, CPR certification, and bilingual/bicultural abilities. Travel between sites is expected as part of the role.
