We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee our production team and ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure all hygiene and health and safety duties are being carried out effectively.
  • Cover the production line, identifying faults and problem-solving.
  • Carry out quality checks.
  • Monitor the team's attendance and approve holidays.

The working hours will be 12-hour shifts on a rota that includes weekend shifts. 06:00 - 18:00 on days and 18:00 - 06:00 on nights (you have to do both days and nights). Starting rate at £15 per hour - immediate start.
