We are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator for a company based in Luton. Monday - Friday, 9am - 17:00, 30min lunch break. Pay rate £12.21ph.
Major activities and responsibilities:
- Receiving and answering customer enquiries
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Inputting orders onto the in-house system
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Using 3rd party portals efficiently in transport and customer
- Processing invoices and dealing with account queries
- Liaison with sales team
- Filing, housekeeping and other duties reasonably requested
Qualification and level of experience required:
- Previous experience within a sales administration role. Some accounts experience advantageous.
- Must have the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Basic PC skills in Word and Excel
- Able to understand and work within ISO 9001 Quality Management System and procedures
