Overview

With new orders having been recently received and entering a busy period shortly, we are looking to recruit Full time Welder/Fabricators to join our workshop in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Responsibilities

  • Weld/fabricate using MIG/MAG processes.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work from them on their own initiative.
  • Carry out all tasks to a high standard.
  • Fabrication of heavy structural steel and plate work.
  • Utilise MIG/MAG welding techniques.
  • Overtime opportunities available at time and a third.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MIG/MAG welding.
  • Experience in fabrication of heavy structural steel and plate work.
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings.
  • Coding is an advantage; training and development for coding certification available where necessary.

Details

Day Shift 07:00-15:30. Starts immediately.
