Welder/Fabricators Needed – Experienced or Trainees

Full-time, Permanent Positions | Newton Abbot, Devon

Centristic Ltd is a thriving business with exciting new contracts. We are looking to expand our team of Welders/Fabricators at our busy Newton Abbot workshop.

About the Role

We are seeking both experienced Welders/Fabricators and motivated trainees/apprentices who are keen to build a career in welding and fabrication.

Experienced applicants should have:

  • Strong MIG/MAG welding skills
  • Ability to work independently from engineering drawings
  • Experience in heavy structural steel and plate work fabrication
  • (Coding certification is an advantage, but training can be provided)

Trainees/apprentices will benefit from:

  • Full training and mentoring from experienced fabricators

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £35,037– £40,124
  • GROSS OTE: £45,645 – £52,166
  • Day shift hours: 07:00 – 15:30
  • Free onsite parking
  • 20 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays
