We are looking to expand our team of Welders/Fabricators at our busy Newton Abbot workshop. About the Role We are seeking both experienced Welders/Fabricators and motivated trainees/apprentices who are keen to build a career in welding and fabrication. * Experienced applicants should have: * * Strong MIG/MAG welding skills * Ability to work independently from engineering drawings * Experience in heavy structural steel and plate work fabrication * (Coding certification is an advantage, but training can be provided) * Trainees/apprentices will benefit from: * * Full training and mentoring from experienced fabricators * Career progression and development opportunities * A supportive team environment What We Offer * Competitive salary: £35,037– £40,124 * GROSS OTE: £45,645 – £52,166 * Day shift hours: 07:00 – 15:30 * Free onsite parking * 20 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays * Nest pension scheme Start Date / Requirement to Work Immediate starts available.
