What you’ll be doing
- Review, update and monitor the Golden Thread of information on our HRB Portfolio
- Work closely with our supply chain to gather missing information and reports that will help make up the Golden Thread and Building Safety Cases
- Complete site visits, specifically looking at Fire & Structural issues
- Responding to clients and updating them on Building Safety matters and Safety Case updates
- Oversee communication to the Building Safety Regulator on our HRB Portfolio
- Attend Project Team Meetings along with the Building Remediation Team, gathering relevant information
- Complete GAP Analysis on the Golden Thread on each property, updating monthly based on newly received information
- Organising and instructing reports as required on our HRB portfolio
- Work closely with our Integration Team to ensure that newly onboarded HR Buildings are onboarded correctly and that the Golden Thread is picked up from day of management
- Monitor, review and submit Mandatory Occurrence Reports when required
- Submit completed KBI and Safety Cases to the Building Safety Regulator
- Supporting the Associate Director & Director with Building Safety Matters and wider department compliance
What you need to succeed
- Previous Property Experience, specifically in the Leasehold sector (Essential)
- Experience with HRB’s and the Building Safety Governance
- Experience with reviewing or writing Building Safety Cases
