- Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates, providing seamless diary support and ensuring all parties are well-informed.
- Post and manage job adverts across various platforms, reviewing and progressing applications within our ATS (Talos).
- Conduct CV searches using Boolean methods on recruitment databases (e.g. Reed, TotalJobs), presenting suitable candidates to the TA Lead.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment activity trackers in Excel, producing clear reports for the TA Lead and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor the careers inbox daily, responding to queries promptly and professionally, flagging any key trends or issues to the TA Lead.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a smooth, timely and personable experience.
- Support the onboarding process, from issuing offer paperwork to ensuring right-to-work documentation is correctly collated and filed.
- Provide administrative support to the TA Lead on recruitment projects such as advert audits, campaign planning, and high-volume scheduling coordination.
- Work closely with internal systems and support the Talent lead in driving consistency and efficiency across all recruitment operations.
- Assist with the preparation of interview materials and scoring templates, ensuring all documentation is aligned with Centrick’s process and values.
- Responsibility for recruitment administration.
What’s in it for you? We’ve fostered a values driven, inclusive environment for our people so that they enjoy coming to work every day. Not only will you have access to all of the below rewards & benefits but you’ll enjoy access to Centrick Academy, our learning platform, as well as having the opportunity to undertake industry qualifications and further your professional development:
- Holiday - 25 days (Pro Rata) plus bank holidays.
