Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks. Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works. Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards. Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks. Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites. What You Need to Succeed Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
