What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided.
- Managing all aspects of health, safety and compliance.
- Conducting regular site inspections.
- Managing contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments.
- Setting accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio.
- Attending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients.
- Taking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolio.
- Delivering excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge.
- Responding to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service Charter.
- Supporting day‑to‑day running of the department in line with Director guidance.
- Attending and actively participating in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements.
What You Need To Succeed
- Desirable: ATPI / MTPI professional property qualification.
- Strong understanding of compliance and building safety.
- Excellent communication skills—able to build strong relationships with residents and clients ensuring highest level of service and care.
