What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided.
  • Managing all aspects of health, safety and compliance.
  • Conducting regular site inspections.
  • Managing contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments.
  • Setting accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio.
  • Attending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients.
  • Taking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolio.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge.
  • Responding to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service Charter.
  • Supporting day‑to‑day running of the department in line with Director guidance.
  • Attending and actively participating in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Desirable: ATPI / MTPI professional property qualification.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and building safety.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to build strong relationships with residents and clients ensuring highest level of service and care.
