So, who are we looking for?
Centrick are at the forefront of Building Safety, with a growing portfolio under our Management. The Site Inspector role is a pivotal role within the Building Safety team providing valuable support to our operations teams within the business.
We are looking for a Site Inspector to join our team, responsible for conducting a range of on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building safety regulations, fire safety standards and tenancy agreements. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards across our managed properties and ensuring resident safety.
The successful candidate will carry out fire door inspections, mid-term lettings inspections, general site audits, and other property compliance checks. You will work closely with our Building Safety, Property Management and Compliance teams to identify risks, ensure remedial actions are taken, and maintain accurate records.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, identify hazards, and report maintenance issues.
- Carry out fire door inspections in compliance with fire safety regulations, documenting findings and necessary remedial actions
- Perform mid-term tenancy inspections, checking property condition, tenant compliance, and ensuring safety standards are upheld
- Complete health and safety inspections, including fire risk management, emergency lighting checks, and other compliance-related audits
- Identify, document, and escalate issues related to fire safety, security, damp/mould, and general property condition
- Liaise with contractors, property managers, and safety teams to ensure remedial actions are taken efficiently
- Maintain detailed reports and records for compliance tracking and audit purposes
- Provide clear recommendations for improvements and follow up on outstanding actions
- Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory reporting where necessary
