Site Inspector - Leeds

Conduct planned site visits to complete routine functional tests, visual inspections and compliance checks in line with approved procedures and schedules. Identify, record and report defects, safety concerns and compliance issues, ensuring critical risks are escalated promptly and appropriately. Capture detailed inspection records, photographs and asset-specific evidence to maintain accurate and auditable compliance documentation. Raise corrective actions, allocate findings to the appropriate teams or contractors, and monitor progress through to verification and closure. Liaise with Property Management, Building Safety and technical teams to provide reliable site information that supports compliance reporting, risk management and operational decision‑making.
