What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • Team management -Train, coach and mentor Property Coordinators and Customer Experience Advisors to ensure consistent service delivery and onboarding
  • Quality checking
  • Complete regular 1-2-1 sessions with team
  • Handle escalations and provide expert support on complex or high-risk issues
  • Cover absences and provide floating support across regions to maintain continuity
  • Support communications on spotlight schemes and attend regional and spotlight meetings
  • Support complaint and social media response reviews, by actioning maintenance requests immediately
  • Oversee call logging and maintenance performance, including urgent works (e.g. lift outages, mandatory occurrence reports, insurance claims)
  • Work with ADs/OMs to identify training needs
  • Support onboarding of new clients or schemes where needed
