What Youll Be Doing

- Our team produces management packs to provide to solicitors acting on behalf of buyers, in your role you will help produce these packs for our customers looking to sell.
- You will often find yourself communicating with solicitors and conveyancers providing them accurate information to help them with the progression of the sale/purchase of the property.
- You will help with maintaining and updating our internal systems.
- You will work closely with our clients legal teams to help provide details and relevant information to our clients.
- You will work within our centralised system, helping with managing and organising documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible to the wider team.
- Perform general administrative tasks for the department.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to inquiries.
- Work closely with other departments such as finance, property management, and credit control to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
