What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect.

Support Property Managers in delivering excellent service across residential portfolios.

Manage resident and stakeholder enquiries, escalating issues where required and maintaining accurate records.

Prepare correspondence, raise contractor work orders, and coordinate insurance claims and key/fob requests.

Monitor workflows, update property systems, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient portfolio management.

Liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support day-to-day property operations.

Conduct occasional site visits to build property knowledge and support service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed Strong administrative and organisational skills alongside attention to detail.

Customer service excellence and your ability to create a strong rapport and lasting connections with our residents and clients Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems Experience of working in a similar role is desirable Why Join Us?
