What You\βll Be Doing

Support Property Managers across their portfolios to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.

Handle daily customer enquiries via email and online portals, responding promptly and professionally.

Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Property Manager or Senior Coordinator when required.

Maintain accurate property, access, and contact information within Qube and internal records.

Prepare and issue correspondence through Qube, including breach notices and general resident communications.

Manage workflows effectively by categorising, assigning, and updating tasks, keeping unacknowledged items within targets.

Raise clear and compliant work orders and quotation requests for contractors.

Process and coordinate insurance claims in line with company procedures.

Oversee fob and key requests, ensuring timely and auditable processing.

Provide professional telephone support to residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

Attend occasional site visits to build operational knowledge (optional but encouraged).
