What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update portfolio compliance trackers, ensuring statutory and non‑statutory actions stay on schedule.
- Monitor upcoming and overdue compliance tasks and drive timely completion.
- Liaise with site teams, managing agents and contractors to close out actions efficiently.
- Highlight risks, delays and trends to Property Operations Managers.
- Manage Fixflo workflows, ensuring issues are logged, progressed and resolved.
- Support accurate property and compliance data management within MRI/Qube.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and third parties, including access, works and documentation.
- Track outstanding actions and documents through to completion with clear, consistent communication.
- Assist the Portfolio Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operations and meeting preparation.
- Prepare reporting information and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records across systems.
What You Need To Succeed
- Strong organisational skills and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, to assist in dealing with key-stakeholders and third parties.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across schemes.
- Desirable: Comfortable using IT and Property Management Software (Qube MRI/Fixflo).
- Experience in Build to Rent or Property Management.
- General understanding of property management compliance (ie Gas safety certification, electrical installation certification etc, fire safety certification).
