Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to perform residential and commercial valuations across the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas. You will participate in site inspections, measure sites and buildings, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.
You will review leases and assess their impact on value while collaborating with Valuation Directors to service clients. A driving licence and strong IT skills are essential.
