Centrick is seeking a seasoned MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor to join our Midlands team. You will carry out residential and commercial valuations across the Midlands with occasional travel, conduct site inspections, and prepare valuation reports.
You will review leases and work with Valuation Directors to maintain client relationships. A numerate mindset, strong report writing, and excellent organisation are essential, as is a full driving licence and access to a car.
