What You’ll Be Doing
- Arrive promptly to site and spend the allowed time at/on each set task
- Assess site for any specific issues that may have arisen and report back if appropriate
- Comply with all local health and safety measures
- Carry out a variety of works on site as and when required, such as but not limited to:
- Changing light bulbs and ensuring their fixtures are in good working order
- Minor electrical work, replacing sockets, lights, changing fuses, junction boxes etc
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Assembling equipment, where required
- Conducting repairs within communal areas, completed to a suitable standard
- Garden/landscape installation and maintenance
- Painting and decorating of communal areas
- Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
- A variety of other internal and external works
- Reporting of issues and potential works
- Completing job service reports
- Completing weekly vehicle checks
What You Need to Succeed
- Holds a full, valid UK Driving License
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential
- Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
