What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration.
- Prepare and issue service charge budgets, demands, and year-end accounts in line with legal requirements and company KPIs.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying cashflow concerns and budget variances, and reporting these to Property Managers.
- Support property transfers, integrations, and demobilisations, ensuring smooth financial handovers.
- Assist with accounting queries, CHP recharge processes, and maintaining accurate property management records.
- Contribute to process improvements, procedure updates, and the training and development of junior team members.
What You Need to Succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and use internal systems.
- Highly organised, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in property management, service charge accounting, or a similar role is desirable.
- Studying towards or qualified in AAT (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience with MRI Qube is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
