What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration.
  • Prepare and issue service charge budgets, demands, and year-end accounts in line with legal requirements and company KPIs.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identifying cashflow concerns and budget variances, and reporting these to Property Managers.
  • Support property transfers, integrations, and demobilisations, ensuring smooth financial handovers.
  • Assist with accounting queries, CHP recharge processes, and maintaining accurate property management records.
  • Contribute to process improvements, procedure updates, and the training and development of junior team members.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and use internal systems.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in property management, service charge accounting, or a similar role is desirable.
  • Studying towards or qualified in AAT (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience with MRI Qube is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
