What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided.
- Manage all aspects of health, safety and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Manage contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments.
- Set accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio.
- Attend resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients.
- Take ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within your portfolio.
- Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge.
- Respond to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service Charter.
- Support with the day-to-day running of the department in line with Director guidance.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Desirable: ATPI / MTPI professional property qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of compliance and building safety.
- Be an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with both our residents and clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care.
