So, who are we looking for?

An Estate Manager who is a diligent and organised individual, capable of prioritising your workload. Working collaboratively alongside a Property Manager and responsible for the smooth running of the development at which you are based. You are comfortable in your ability to develop a detailed knowledge of your property, thus building a strong rapport with both the residents on-site as well as the clients, fostering continued trust and confidence in the service Centrick provides. Experienced in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of an estate, including building, grounds and facilities. A background in coordinating and supervising repair work and routine maintenance with contractors and service providers to maintain the well-being of the building.

And what will you be doing?

  • Regular liaison and timely updates with the Centrick team, particularly the property manager and Directors of the estate.
  • Oversee minor contracts from tendering to completion, including upkeep of documentation and be the primary contact.
  • Ensure high standards of external cleaning, gardening, landscape maintenance, litter removal/picking, upkeep of play areas and traffic management at all times.
  • Code and approve invoices.
  • Identify appropriate health and safety issues. Monitoring and assisting with risk actions.
  • Adopt a proactive patrol ethic, focusing on site standards, safety, potential lease breaches and unsociable behaviour.
  • Assist the property manager in managing, monitoring and procuring contractors.
  • Maintain, update and improve all management records for all tasks in the role, including weekly and monthly site reports.
