What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll take ownership of leasing performance across the portfolio, driving occupancy, revenue, and customer experience.
- Deliver leasing strategies and lead lease-up activity to achieve occupancy and income targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimise pricing and positioning.
- Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring a seamless, high-quality resident experience.
- Build and manage relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders.
- You’ll use data and insight to continuously improve performance and retention:
- Track pipeline, conversion, and key KPIs to drive results.
- Support pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, and forecasting.
- Use customer feedback and service metrics to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee lettings processes including referencing, right-to-rent, and tenancy documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and ensure full compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site lettings teams across the portfolio.
- Partner with marketing to deliver effective, demand-driving campaigns.
- Produce clear reports and insights, presenting performance and recommendations to clients.

- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and operational risk management.
