Support Property Managers in delivering excellent service across residential portfolios.

  • Prepare correspondence, raise contractor work orders, and coordinate insurance claims and key/fob requests.
  • Monitor workflows, update property systems, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient portfolio management.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support day-to-day property operations.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to build property knowledge and support service delivery.
