- Window Cleaning (Primary Focus)
- Perform regular cleaning of interior and exterior windows, including high-level and hard-to-reach areas.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and techniques, always ensuring safety and quality.
- Conduct inspections of windows and frames, reporting any damage or issues.
- General Maintenance Duties
- Carry out minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, and building structures as needed.
- Assist with painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks when required.
- Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure safe and effective operation.
- Assist with waste removal.
- Grounds Maintenance
- Perform routine tasks such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and weeding to keep outdoor areas well-maintained.
- Clear walkways, driveways, and entrances of debris, snow, or ice as needed.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables across the site.
