What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as first-line support, attending site to assess reactive maintenance issues reported.
- Work in line with service level agreements set by Tenancy Services.
- Carry out planned maintenance works (such as re-decoration of properties to-let).
- Ability to manage and organise own workload effectively.
- Responsible for the use of accounts with suppliers to source parts and materials as and when needed.
- Carry out associated admin, such as claiming expenses or liaising with Accounts teams with purchase receipts.
- Purchase materials and complete works required in line with client goals and budget.
- Build effective working relationships with branch staff and the Asset Manager responsible for the portfolio.
- Attend site as and when convenient for the client and/or tenants, developing trusted relationships.
What You Need To Succeed
- Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate.
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential (lone working experience is advantageous).
