What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with our Learning & Development Manager and key stakeholders across the business to identify skill shortages and knowledge gaps.
  • Design and deliver training solutions through various training methods, from e-learning platforms to in-person training programmes.
  • Regularly review, create, and update content on our Centrick Academy digital platform.
  • Actively contribute to the training calendar, delivering and/or coordinating a range of training initiatives related to Building & Estate Management, as well as wider group level training such as compliance, health and safety, and all-company inductions.
  • Support the Learning & Development manager in delivery of the Learning & Development strategy as it aligns with the People Team strategy and wider business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our SMEs and technical experts to support in the creation and delivery of training.
  • Build effective relationships with key external stakeholders to facilitate industry training.
  • Coordinate training events, including logistics, equipment, and venue arrangements.
  • Deliver training solutions effectively using meaningful data to clearly demonstrate impact and skills growth in our people.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Practical experience in residential property management (leasehold or similar).
  • Strong understanding of core property management areas, such as:
  • Leasehold law and responsibilities.
  • Service charge budgeting and accounts.
  • Major works and Section 20.
  • Health & Safety and building compliance.
  • Customer and complaints management.
  • Confident training facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically.
