What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support Integration Managers with onboarding of new properties
- Assist the wider team with queries, documentation, and admin support
- Review Contractor setup, accreditation, and performance
- Manage personal and shared inboxes to ensure all queries are answered swiftly and accurately
- Ensure correct administration of all asset certification across the portfolio including liaising with contractors and supply chain
- Support integration managers on handovers from outgoing agents to ensure relevant documentation is transferred and maintained in the Golden Thread of Information, with a particular focus on building safety documents
- Set up and administer in-house systems to ensure our customer journey is excellent from day one of management
- Undertake gap analysis of handover materials and produce action plans
- Ensure smooth transfer of utilities and services
- Review contracts and tenders as required
