What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate data when onboarding and offboarding properties.
- Liaising with external contacts to obtain financial information and work towards closing out handovers efficiently.
- Keep Head of Financial Integration up to date on any issues that need escalating relating to onboarding / offboarding.
- Liaising with other finance departments and wider integration team to ensure queries are resolved.
- Managing personal and shared inboxes to ensure all queries are answered swiftly and accurately.
- Attending meetings with external / internal clients when necessary.
What You Need to Succeed
- Service Charge accounts experience preferable, including some knowledge of accounting legislation.
- AAT level 4 qualified or working towards preferred.
- Experience of working in Property Management or working with Service charge accounts preferred.
