So, who are we looking for?
You’ve already gained some experience in Property Management, with exposure to block management, and are now ready to take the next step in your career. This role offers you the opportunity to manage your own portfolio while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team of property experts and an experienced manager.
If you\’re currently in a Building Management role and looking to transition into Property Management, this could be the perfect move for you. Experience in site inspections and a solid understanding of Health & Safety and compliance are essential.
A background in customer service is also a strong advantage, as we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and communities.
And what will you be doing?
No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:
- Respond to client and resident enquiries, ensuring a customer-focused approach
- Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and compliance across your portfolio
- Actively participate in remediation projects taking place at your sites
- Maintain clear communication with clients and residents to keep them informed about site activities, ensuring a high level of service
- Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure standards are met
- Complete audits of site procedures to maintain quality and compliance
- Manage contractors to ensure they deliver excellent service to your portfolio of sites
- Create and manage accurate budgets for the developments within your portfolio
- Attend resident meetings on-site, sometimes outside of office hours, to accommodate client needs
- Participate in team meetings, actively interacting and suggesting recommendations
