What You’ll Be Doing
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, to build a reputation for professionalism and exceptional service.
- Work closely with and support the Head of Asset Management, Group Business Director, Portfolio Operations Director and Managing Director to facilitate and enhance the onboarding process of new clients.
- Effectively manage your allocated portfolio in line with set KPIs, ensuring strong and effective client relationship management acting as their central point of contact at Centrick.
- Review viability of new client investments for both new and existing clients.
- Work to support and build effective relationships with managers in other departments (in particular Treasury and Compliance) to create synergy across the business.
- Effectively handle complaints in line with Centrick’s policy, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of month end client reporting processes in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Review all month end client reports and proactively address identified issues as and where appropriate.
- Hold and effectively contribute to internal management and external client meetings as and when required.
- Establish and work in line with agreed service levels for all clients.
What You Need To Succeed
- Demonstrable experience of working within the property industry at a similar level.
- Possesses the ability to critically analyse data, plan and deliver on strategy.
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
