- What You'll Be Doing
- Support Property Managers in delivering excellent service across residential portfolios.
- Manage resident and stakeholder enquiries, escalating issues where required and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare correspondence, raise contractor work orders, and coordinate insurance claims and key/fob requests.
- Monitor workflows, update property systems, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient portfolio management.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support day-to-day property operations.
- Conduct occasional site visits to build property knowledge and support service delivery.
- What You Need to Succeed
- Strong administrative and organisational skills alongside attention to detail.
- Customer service excellence and your ability to create a strong rapport and lasting connections with our residents and clients
- Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
- Experience of working in a similar role is desirable
