- Ensure developments operate in line with leases, legislation and best practice
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance
- Manage contractors to deliver quality, value-for-money services
- Oversee major works projects, including compliance, contractor coordination and liaison with surveyors
- Work closely with your Property Coordinator to ensure efficient administration
- Maintain accurate property records and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting
