  • Ensure developments operate in line with leases, legislation and best practice
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance
  • Manage contractors to deliver quality, value-for-money services
  • Oversee major works projects, including compliance, contractor coordination and liaison with surveyors
  • Work closely with your Property Coordinator to ensure efficient administration
  • Maintain accurate property records and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting

Minimum 1-3 years block and estate management experience.
