Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration. Prepare and issue service charge budgets, demands, and year-end accounts in line with legal requirements and company KPIs. Monitor portfolio performance, identifying cashflow concerns and budget variances, and reporting these to Property Managers. Support property transfers, integrations, and demobilisations, ensuring smooth financial handovers. Assist with accounting queries, CHP recharge processes, and maintaining accurate property management records. Contribute to process improvements, procedure updates, and the training and development of junior team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and use internal systems. Previous experience in property management, service charge accounting, or a similar role is desirable. Studying towards or qualified in AAT (or equivalent) is preferred. Experience with MRI Qube is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
