Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with partner agencies, relocation agents, and employers.
- Oversee the full leasing journey to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Track retention performance and support resident loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee referencing, right-to-rent checks, tenancy documentation, and data accuracy.
- Negotiate rental offers to secure strong commercial outcomes.
- Review pipeline, conversion, and financial KPIs to drive performance.
- Work with finance and operations on budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with marketing to deliver demand-driving campaigns and digital activity.
- Ensure listings and marketing materials are accurate and on-brand.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Produce clear, timely lettings reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and operational risk management.
- Demonstrated success in lease-up delivery, revenue performance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and drive consistent portfolio performance.
