What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • SupportingProperty Managers and their portfolio
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Property Manager or Senior PC
  • Ensuring Qube & Cheat sheets are updated with relevant information (including PA and access info)
  • Confidently issue letters via the correct correspondence on Qube (including breach of lease letters)
  • Managing MCP efficiently (i.e. adding updates where necessary, assigning requests to the correct person, correct categorising, unacknowledged below 10 daily etc.)
  • Raise detailed work orders and quotation requests
  • Action customer queries via MCP
  • Visit sites for better understanding and learning development (not a must)
  • Deal with fob/key requests
  • Phone support if needed
  • Action insurance claims depending on complexity
  • Maintain accurate records of all actions taken for audit and compliance
