What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and update portfolio compliance trackers, ensuring statutory and non‑statutory actions stay on schedule.
  • Monitor upcoming and overdue compliance tasks and drive timely completion.
  • Liaise with site teams, managing agents and contractors to close out actions efficiently.
  • Highlight risks, delays and trends to Property Operations Managers.
  • Manage Fixflo workflows, ensuring issues are logged, progressed and resolved.
  • Support accurate property and compliance data management within MRI/Qube.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and third parties, including access, works and documentation.
  • Track outstanding actions and documents through to completion with clear, consistent communication.
  • Assist the Portfolio Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operations and meeting preparation.
  • Prepare reporting information and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records across systems.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong organisational skills and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, to assist in dealing with key stakeholders and third parties.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across schemes.
  • Desirable: Comfortable using IT and Property Management Software (Qube MRI/Fixflo).
  • Experience in Build to Rent or Property Management.
  • General understanding of property management compliance (ie Gas safety certification, electrical installation certification etc, fire safety certification).
