So, who are we looking for?

Do you have a strong background in Building Safety and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, creating secure and welcoming environments for residents.

You’ll have experience in a Property Management environment with plenty of exposure to the compliance and asset management function, specifically in the Leasehold sector.

With the ability to pick up a range of internal systems, you’ll be proficient in IT, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills so you can build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

And what will you be doing?

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

  • Maintain and monitor the Golden Thread for our HRB portfolio

  • Gather missing data/reports from the supply chain for Golden Thread and Safety Cases

  • Conduct site visits focused on fire and structural safety

  • Update clients on Building Safety and Safety Case progress

  • Communicate with the Building Safety Regulator on HRB matters

  • Attend project/remediation meetings to collect relevant info

  • Perform monthly GAP analyses for each property\’s Golden Thread

  • Organise and commission reports as needed across the HRB portfolio

  • Support onboarding of new HRBs, ensuring Golden Thread continuity

  • Monitor and submit Mandatory Occurrence Reports when necessary

  • Submit KBI and completed Safety Cases to the regulator

  • Assist Associate Director and Director with safety and compliance issues
