What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
  • Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
  • Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate.
  • Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
