What you’ll be doing:
- Working with our Learning & Development Manager and key stakeholders across the business to identify skill shortages and knowledge gaps.
- Design and deliver training solutions through various training methods, from e‑learning platforms to in‑person training programs.
- Regularly review, create, and update content on our Centrick Academy digital platform.
- Actively contribute to the training calendar, delivering and/or coordinating a range of training initiatives related to Building & Estate Management, but also wider group‑level training such as compliance, health and safety and all‑company inductions.
- Support the Learning & Development manager in delivery of the Learning & Development strategy as it aligns with the People Team strategy and wider business objectives.
- Collaborate with our SMEs and technical experts to support in the creation and delivery of training.
- Build effective relationships with key external stakeholders to facilitate industry training.
- Coordinate training events, including logistics, equipment and venue arrangements.
- Deliver training solutions effectively using meaningful data to clearly demonstrate impact and skills growth in our people.
What you need to succeed:
- Practical experience in residential property management (leasehold or similar).
- Strong understanding of core property management areas: Leasehold law and responsibilities, Service charge budgeting and accounts, Major works and Section 20, Health & Safety and building compliance, Customer and complaints management.
- Confident training facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically.
