About your role
Working in North Lincolnshire – Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Market Rasen, you will join our team of experienced engineers to ensure customers receive timely support.
You will be at the customer’s home to repair and maintain a range of white goods and appliances, providing the same-day fix promised by British Gas.
Base Salary is £40,133 with uncapped OTE – £47,000 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.
Being there for our customers is our priority.
You will attend customers’ homes to repair and maintain dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers, and microwaves.
You will need a minimum of two years of on‑the‑job experience to tackle most jobs and will be supported by managers, mentors, and fellow engineers.
Qualifications
- Extensive, demonstrated experience in the repair and/or maintenance of a wide range of white goods including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to diagnose defects and work safely to achieve a first‑time fix for the customer.
