Overview: The programme supports individuals leaving the Armed Forces or completing an elite sporting career to transition into a new career in a FTSE100 organisation. On placement you will gain hands‑on experience in learning and development, receive tailored support and join a community that values your unique background.
Responsibilities:
- Align learning delivery with the organisation’s strategic goals and operational priorities.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of facilitators, promoting trust, accountability and delivery quality.
- Coach team members to build facilitation capability and confidence, and lead by example in academies.
- Manage facilitator quality and performance through coaching, feedback and continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across functions to optimise delivery and scheduling.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identify performance gaps and drive improvements in learner outcomes.
- Lead teams through change with empathy and resilience.
- Ensure learning delivery meets internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage feedback loops using facilitator insight, learner feedback and performance data.
- Embed accessibility, SEN and inclusive learning principles into all programmes.
- Promote digital and AI‑enabled approaches to enhance learning impact and delivery efficiency.

- Digital learning technologies, virtual delivery platforms and AI‑enabled tools.
- Applying inclusive learning and accessibility standards.
