Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Operations Lead to drive organic growth for our brands. Working across all UK Centrica retail brands — from British Gas to Hive — you’ll help deliver strategic planning and the execution of marketing operations, driving a more efficient and effective way of working to our teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing projects
  • Manage, forecast, and track large multi-channel marketing budgets
  • Use data and insights to inform plans, optimise performance, and improve ROI
  • Monitor agency performance, ensure KPIs and quality standards are met
  • Own the marketing budget, forecast, track, and reconcile spend; provide data-backed reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, procurement, and legal to streamline operations
  • Develop standardized ways of working (onboarding, budget tracking) ensuring governance
